Before we can begin a program or service
for you, we must know about the needs of your lawn. To
get to that knowledge, we will prepare a “Lawn Analysis”
and with the understanding of those needs, the
right program will be designed to assure you a
beautiful lawn. Below are the things your
representative will assess when preparing your Analysis:

FREE Lawn Analysis) |
 |
|
Grass Types:
It
is very important that we know the grass types present
and their current condition. Grasses vary in their need
for support and fertilization. For instance,
fertilization of certain grass types at the wrong time
can damage or set back it’s growth and development.
This type of understanding is imperative to success.
|
 |
|
pH of the Soil:
If the pH of the soil is not right, the plant may be fed
perfectly by our program and still not use those
nutrients properly! That is why we will not begin
service without a pH reading.
|
 |
|
Sunlight/Shade:
Knowing the amount of sunlight available to the lawn is
imperative to making a good forecast for the future
expectation and development of the lawn.
|
 |
|
Mowing:
Mowing height and frequency of mowing can affect the
health and development of all grasses. A dull mower
blade or “scalping” can damage and cause development
problems for the turf. |
 |
|
Service Impediments:
Knowing the problems that will face the Technician
before we arrive is VERY important to a successful
Lawncare Program. Drainage, pets, gates, soil
compaction, and “special requests” all affect our
delivery of a successful, technically sound, customer
service driven program. |
 |
|
Insects and/or Diseases:
We
must know of the presents of existing Insects and/or
Disease to be able to assure a successful Lawncare
Program! |
 |
|
Irrigation & Watering:
Some
of our customers have an irrigation system and some
utilize a sprinkler to supply needed irrigation during
times of drought. Recommendations will be made
depending upon the situation that we find. |
 |
|
Weeds &
Problem Grasses:
Some
weeds are more difficult to control than others. Some
require more attention that others but in either case,
we must know what weeds are present to effect a
successful solution. |
 |
|
Present Conditions & Special
Communications:
Each
program is specifically designed and individually
communicated to both you and “Our Technician” to assure
the success you desire and we demand! |
 |
|
Estimate:
Only
at the conclusion of our Analysis are all of the factors
evaluated and your Estimate submitted! |
Armed with the information supplied with the 10
points listed above, your Lawncare Program can now be PROPERLY
developed and prescribed. It is important to know that some
lawns, no matter how much work is put into them, will never look
as lush and healthy as others! It is our job as a Lawncare
Professional to communicate the FACTS as they are and promise only those things that can be accomplished and delivered.
